At Core Leathers, we want you to love your purchase — but if it’s not quite what you expected, no stress. We’ve got your back.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem. You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Just make sure:

  • The jacket is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you got it.
  • It’s packed in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Please Note That:

  • Sale items, custom sizes, or engraved/personalized pieces can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • Sorry, no returns on intimate wear, downloadable products, or gift cards.

How to Start a Return:

Reach out to us via email to send anything back if you have ordered online and need to return or exchange your purchase. Our team is here to guide you step-by-step and make your experience smoother than before.

Exchanging Sizes or Faulty Products?

  • Wrong size? We’ll help you exchange it — no stress.
  • Faulty or damaged? If something slipped past quality control, let us know and we’ll fix it. Our product team will check it out and aim to resolve the issue within 30 working days (usually much faster).
  • If it’s not a manufacturing defect, a small fee might apply — we’ll be upfront about it.

Refunds, the Quick Version:

  • Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If everything checks out, your refund will be issued via bank transfer, card, or cheque — depending on how you paid.
  • Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect. If it’s taking too long, check with your bank or credit card provider first.

Please Note:

We don’t refund shipping costs if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility.

Gifts, Returns & Store Credit

Got a gift that’s not quite your style? If it was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped to you directly, you’ll get store credit once we receive the return. If it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go back to them.
